Software Maintenance
We previously detailed plans for Software Maintenance to be migrated to a Service Suite Agreement. This has now taken place providing a mechanism for a single renewal for all systems and secondly, for some customers, when upgrading a system it should be possible to provide a rebate when dropping from a higher P band group to a lower P band group. Software Maintenance can also be included in any existing Service Suite Agreement. Logicalis will deal with all renewals as we currently do, there is no price penalty for this process. As a matter of course, all new renewals will be Service Suite based. If you have any questions we can direct them to the CBT team.
